Heming Zhao

Zhao Heming, is a professor and Dean of the School of Electronics and Information Engineering. He graduated from the Physics Department of Soochow University in 1982.

From 1984 to 1985, he was a visiting assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University. He had conducted collaborative research in the Technical University of Munichin Germany in1988-1990. Professor Zhao is now a member of the IEEE, the senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, National Signal Processing Society of editorial board of 《Signal Processing》, IEEE Nanjing Section executive committee member , China Association for Artificial Intelligence Neural Networks and Computational Intelligence committee member.  Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Jiangsu Committee member.
